Anavar ( MultiPharm )

Anavar is a steroid administered orally, for muscle mass cycles and strength.

Its active substance is oxandrolone.

Anavar is found on the market under several trade names: Oxa, Oxadrol or Oxandrolon. It is used both in cycles to acquire a qualitative muscle mass and increase physical strength but also for gaining bold and determined muscles. It does not favor retention of water or fat. Anavar does not aromatise, additional anti-estrogen therapy is not needed during the treatment. The muscle mass gained during Anavar cycle is not quantitative as in other steroid cycles, but it is qualitative, the aspect of the body remains the same also after finalizing the cure. The recommended dose varies between 40 mg and 200 mg per day. For beginners 40 mg - 150 mg, amateurs 60 mg - 150 mg and for professional 100 mg - 200 mg.

Nutrition should be high in protein, vitamins and antioxidants. You should eat lean meat such as beef, fish and chicken breast. Vegetables are important. Fruits contain antioxidants and boost body energy.
